Olena Zelenska Foundation delivered humanitarian aid to the Kharkiv region

01 December 2022

With foreign partners' assistance, the Olena Zelenska Foundation helps Ukrainians deal with humanitarian problems. In particular, a batch of generators, stoves, batteries, and other means to the Kharkiv region was already delivered to help residents of the deoccupied territories survive the winter in the conditions of constant emergency power outages.

"This winter will be difficult, especially for the residents of those regions destroyed by war more than others. As part of the support for people in the deoccupied Kharkiv region, we have raised funds from foreign donors and have already purchased and delivered a batch of humanitarian aid," the Director of the Olena Zelenska Foundation Nina Horbachova said.

Residents of the Kharkiv region received the following:

  • 4,500 sleeping bags;
  • 100 generators;
  • 100 stoves;
  • 40 batteries;
  • Heaters, blankets, electric blankets, and so forth.

The items are distributed among the Kharkiv, Izyum, Kupiansk, and Chuguev districts of the Kharkiv region. On the spot, our team will transfer the humanitarian aid for the partially destroyed housing of local residents.

The Olena Zelenska Foundation is grateful to international donors for their financial assistance.
